Oxfam is launching a proposal request process for the CFS ( Certificate of Financial Statement ) realization service of its ECHO projects.
OBJECTIVE: Carry out the CFS of the OXfam Intermón projects financed by DG ECHO and affected by this requirement.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION : The CFS will be carried out according to the donor’s instructions detailed in this document.
