We are looking for a Mobile implementation agent (MIO) – Trainer for doctors in pediatrics/neonatalogy.

Mission

MSF is committed to providing high quality, patient-centred care to people of all ages. Much of MSF’s work is focused on the care of children and newborn babies. In general, patients admitted to our neonatal and pediatric units are critically ill and often have complex medical and nursing needs. MSF has developed guidelines for pediatric and neonatal care and nursing procedures to standardize the approach to diagnosis, including, from management and nursing to the most common pathologies that we see in our contexts.

Currently, the level of neonatal and paediatric expertise varies from project to project and the guidelines are not always applied consistently, and, in particular after the publication of new guidelines or their updating. To support field teams in their work, MSF offers specific training to improve the recognition, assessment and care of critically ill children and newborns. A number of additional training activities are also being developed by OCP and in collaboration with other sections of MSF.
