JOB SUMMARY: To manage HR administration functions for HQ and international employees, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of HR data and the documentation of HR administrative processes.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages and coordinates staff and processes to ensure that the following functions are completed accurately and timely:
- Onboarding of new hires and transfers
- Changes in employment
- Changes in benefits
- Changes in personal information
- Off boarding and separations
- OnBase uploads and updates
- Manages leaves that are not automatically accrued
- Runs periodic reports to audit data in ADP, Costpoint and T&E
- Ensures that employee files on OnBase are continuously updated and audited
- Ensures that HR administration policies and procedures are developed and maintained
- Responds to requests and questions from external and internal auditors
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information

Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Typically, a Bachelor’s degree in related area. Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate
- Typically, 7+ year of relevant and progressive experience working in human resources area, including 5 years of HR administration experience
- Leadership and people management experience
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of HRIS programs;
- Strong technical knowledge of human resources administration
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills
- INGO experience preferred
- Language: French, Arabic desirable
SALARY RANGE: Mid $80,000/year to Mid $90,0000/year
For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this role is as state above. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
