In Freiburg, we are offering a position in the cross-sectional department Quality Management & Controlling (QMC) in a very collegial and dynamic environment at the earliest possible date

Administrative work 70% .

We are looking for a cosmopolitan and hands-on person with intercultural sensitivity and a desire for meaningful work. IT affinity and organizational skills help to master the diverse tasks in collaboration with employees from different departments.

The tasks include:

  • The coordination of planning, approval and accounting of various church financing
  • The administration and monitoring of procurement processes in our international projects and in our office
  • The administration of orders, contracts and invoices of employees and consultants abroad
  • Collaboration on knowledge management issues
  • Supporting internal administrative processes and procedures

Our wish list of applicants:

  • Experience in accounting of funds and knowledge of procurement law, experience in personnel management are welcome
  • Flexibility and the willingness to learn new subject areas and the motivation to never stop learning.
  • Experience with M365 (especially Excel), preferably Sharepoint and Teams as well as SAP.
  • Applied language skills in at least English, preferably another foreign language. German at native speaker level. International experience is welcome!
  • Identification with the values ​​and goals of our aid organisation
