Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. In 2022,Action against Hunger has helped more than 28 million people in 46 countries around the world.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a· Project Manager SI Programme.

Mission :

Within the Information System department and under the supervision of the Delegated Director of Studies and Developments your role will be to :
Define, pilot and implement IS projects in your sector and as a whole to help improve the capacity and effectiveness of programs to meet the strategic objectives of Action Against Hunger.
Contribute to the optimization of the sharing of information and performance in the management of humanitarian projects.
Provide support and expertise to business and IS managers on procedures, rules and methods.

Profile :

You have a Bac+5 training in Information Systems, IT Project Management, Engineering or equivalent, and you have a proven experience in this field.
You have experience on the ground in the humanitarian sector/international development of at least 2 years.
You are recognized by·s for your organizational and project monitoring capabilities in a transversal environment.
You have computer skills in particular on software for collecting data from the projects.

Employment conditions

Status : Integrated Framework – CSD – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 45Keuros to 52Keuros according to experience
Benefits: 21 days of RTT

No mandatory face-to-face on this position, outside of collective face-to-face times.
Collective attendance time imposed: for meetings and collective events (up to 3 days per month) and 2 days of mandatory attendance when you join the team
