Functions and Tasks
Technical, financial and administrative control of the project so that it is executed on time and take appropriate measures to correct deviations
Control purchasing procedures and solve customer problems contracts
Monitoring and supervision of Water and Sanitation projects to ensure their execution and Sustainability
Strengthen the comprehensive management of water resources and strengthen capacities
Monitoring and control of the project executing teams to comply with the agreed results
Specific Requirements
Compliance with the requirements It must be justified, attaching in the ‘Annexes’ section of the application (or during the process) the following documents, as appropriate:
Official title of the training or proof of payment for the application for the title or academic certificate of the completed studies (including the Final Project).
Work life and/or Employment contract that allows verification and accreditation of the required experience.

You have a degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Degree, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or Degree + Official Master in any of the following branches: Aeronautics and Agricultural Engineering, Architecture, Roads, Canals and Ports, Geological Engineering, Industrial, Mines, Forests, Environmental Sciences, Building, Chemistry or Technical Architecture (Qualification approved in Spain). English
Languages

Previous Experience
At least 1 year of experience Design and planning of cooperation projects, regulation of subsidies in the field of development cooperation
At least 1 year of experience Monitoring and/or coordination of projects

Previous Experience
From 2 years Up to 5 years of experience in design and planning of cooperation projects, regulation of subsidies in the field of development cooperation
From 2 years Up to 5 years performing functions as a specialist in design, review and evaluations of interventions in the Water and Sanitation sector, focused on drinking water, sanitation and wastewater purification systems
From 1 year Up to 5 years of experience in monitoring and /or project coordination
Observations The
following are offered:
– Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 2 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 14 months in total, if applicable, whose typology and final duration will depend on the causative event according to the modalities included in current labor legislation.
– Full time.

The contract will be formalized based on the highest official accredited and approved qualification provided by the selected person, of those indicated in the offer.
