Education: Master degree or first-level university degree with additional years of work experience in International Affairs, Human Rights, Social Sciences or other fields relevant to international development assistance.
Experience: A minimum of Six (6) years of relevant working experience in humanitarian and/or development-related work with an international organization.
Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of French (desirable).
