Mission :

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director for Programs, your main responsibility will be to guarantee the quality, relevance and technical innovation of the SMSP strategy and interventions on the mission, in compliance with ACF and international standards and national policies.

More precisely, your missions will be to:

Contribute to the definition of the country strategy, and to the definition of the strategy and positions of the SMSP technical department.
Coordinate the identification of needs and the formulation of project proposals.
Support the implementation and ensure reporting of programs/projects.
Guarantee the quality and accountability of projects.
Ensure ACF’s active participation in national sector coordination, technical platforms and develop sector partnerships.
Manage SMSP teams.
Promote capitalization, development, technique and research within the SMSP department.
Guarantee and ensure the confidentiality of data collected during the mission’s SMSP activities.

Profile :

You have a diploma in psychologist or psychiatrist with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.

You have at least 3 years of experience in the humanitarian sector.

You have already managed teams.

You have in-depth knowledge of humanitarian psychology.

You are fluent in French and English (oral and written) and have good computer skills.

YOUR CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Fixed-term contract under French law: 6 months
Start date: As soon as possible
Gross monthly salary: from 2597 to 2968 euros depending on experience
Retirement insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens: 16 % of gross monthly salary
Increase in base salary: 6% every 12 months of continuous contract
Per diem and monthly living expenses: 720 euros net, paid in the field
Monthly context allowance: 150 euros
Child allowance: 1,500 euros per year and per child present in the country of origin (ceiling of 6,000 euros/year)
Transport and accommodation: Coverage for travel and collective accommodation
Medical Coverage: 100% of coverage for health contributions (CFE + supplementary health insurance) and repatriation insurance
Maintenance arrangements salary (sickness, maternity, paternity)
Leave and RnR: 25 days per year of CP and 20 RnR per year; payment of the ticket with ceiling to go to the chosen break zone, and 215 euros of fixed compensation per RnR
