Technical Project management (H / M / X) formulation of projects public and private financing NGO At International Plan


Mission:
Under the Area Directorate, collaborate in the implementation of the Business Development strategy, mainly in the development of projects and relationship with donors.
Main functions:
• Identify, design and develop project proposal development processes in implementation, including the creation of strategic consortia with a variety of strategic internal and external stakeholders, in the humanitarian aid and development sectors.
• Identify, build and maintain relationships with new and existing donors, including the EU, AECID, UN agencies, development banks, private social donors, etc.
• Assist in monitoring calls for proposals and identifying relevant financing opportunities.
• Ensure effective management of funding relationships with major institutional donors who support funding goals.
• Ensure that the proposals made are in line with the administrative guidelines of the donors and the conformity of the documents presented (due diligence).
• Support Plan International field offices (Country Offices) in the active search for financing opportunities at the national level, together with regional offices.
• Development, design and needs assessment to ensure that all opportunities for new projects are based on sound needs analysis.
• Lead project proposal development processes, including the creation of strategic consortia with a variety of strategic internal and external stakeholders, in the humanitarian aid and development sectors.
• Ensure that all projects and strategies have a strong gender and inclusion approach, as well as digital (digital services in rural areas, digital divide for women, etc.)
• Support for participation in the bidding process and other technical aspects in the implementation of programs with “ green approach ”.

Requirements:

At least 4 years in a similar position of business development within the third sector. Valuable field experience.
University education, valuable postgraduate training in cooperation and development.
English level C1 and intermediate level of French (B2)
Experience with multilateral and bilateral donors. Demonstrable previous experience in formulating proposals with AECID, EU (INTPA, NDICI) and Development Banks (BM, IDB, AfDB) will be positively valued.
The experience in Climate Change will be valued; Livelihoods based on ecological skills for youth and women; Gender and inclusion.
