Zoom in the Human Resources Department
The Human Resources Department is made up of 25 people. The mission of its members is to provide HR support for the organization.
And the Referent Human Resources Headquarters in all this?
As Referent Human Resources Headquarters, under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, and in coordination with the HR team and the service managers, you will be in charge of recruiting, monitoring and developing headquarters employees, as well as improving our internal practices.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows :
Recruitment and integration of headquarters staff: accompanied by a recruitment officer, you will supervise recruitment needs in coordination with HRD and managers, the publication of the offers to be filled and you will follow up on the candidacies. You will pilot the entire candidate selection process as well as the integration of new employees.
HR monitoring, course management and training of headquarters staff: you will manage the annual evaluation process, the process of conducting biannual professional interviews and regular interviews with headquarters staff. You will be responsible for identifying individual HR issues related to managers, managing mobility requests, and participating in the construction of the training plan.
Improvement of internal practices, recruitment tools and HR development: you will contribute to the optimization of monitoring tools for headquarters recruitments, as well as to the constant improvement of HR policies, procedures and tools.
Contribution to transversal files and quality of life at work: you will support the evolution of the organization, will participate in the improvement of our practices, particularly in terms of telework, remuneration or employer brand and will contribute to HR animation and the dissemination of the culture of our association.

What you need to succeed
- Training: You can justify training in human resources management, and / or psychology.
- Experience: You have at least three years of professional experience in recruitment, HR development, and course management. Have you held an HR position in international solidarity ? It will be greatly appreciated. Have you ever worked with First International Emergency ? It will be an undeniable asset !
- Skills: Do you have knowledge of HR development ? This position is made for you !
- Qualities required: You show good relational, ease of communication, both written and oral, and have a taste for teamwork. You are a force of proposal, show empathy, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have good resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
- Languages: Do you speak and write French and English fluently ? So much the better, it is essential for this position !

PUI will offer you
- Status: Frame
- Salary: 3000 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
- Medical cover: 80% of the Health and Welfare mutual
- Support: Support for 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Tickets Restaurant ( with a face value of 9 € )
- Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month ( 37h / week )
