CONTEXT :
The organization has been present in Mali since 1996 on development activities in the south and north of the country: promotion of the rights of people with disabilities, strengthening of civil society, access to education for children with disabilities, professional integration of people disabled, detection and management of deficiencies in children. Today, HI carries out humanitarian and development activities in the regions of Sikasso, Bamako, Mopti, Timbuktu and Gao. The amount of the annual budget for implementing projects within the country represents approximately 8 million euros. In 2024, the activities of the HI program in Mali are structured around the following orientations:

YOUR MISSION :
The position is based in Bamako with possible travel to the sites of Sikasso, Mopti, Timbuktu, Gao (following the security rules defined internally). The main interfaces are the operations manager (hierarchical link), the Technical Head Of Program (functional link), the project managers, the MEAL team, the Finance, HR & Logistics managers, the Sites/Operational managers, the security cell and the country director.
Le poste de chargé de reporting est hiérarchiquement placé sous la manager des opérations avec un lien fonctionnel avec la Technical Head Of Program de l’Unité Technique pour la composante de développement de projet. De forte interactions sont aussi requises avec le manager MEAL.
Les équipes du programme Mali mettent en œuvre un nombre important de projets dans des contextes différents. Pour assurer un suivi-et un renouvellement de qualité des projets, il est indispensable d’assurer une cohérence de reporting.
En lien avec l’ensemble de l’équipe (opérationnelle, technique et MEAL), vous serez responsable:
- d’appuyer les équipes à la coordination et à la rédaction des rapports bailleurs selon le processus interne.
- de contribuer à l’amélioration de la communication institutionnelle et bailleurs.
Dans ce cadre, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:
Responsabilité 1: Planification et coordination de l’élaboration des rapports.
Responsabilité 2: Garantir la qualité des rapports narratifs.
Responsabilité 3: Renforcer les capacités internes et externes (partenaires) en reporting.
Responsabilité 4: Assister l’équipe SMT dans la communication institutionnelle et les relations bailleurs.
VOTRE PROFIL :
– Vous avez un diplôme dans le secteur du développement et/ou de l’humanitaire, de la gestion de projet ou autre secteur pertinent avec une expérience, des connaissances ou un intérêt pour les secteurs d’intervention d’HI au Mali ;
– Vous avez une expérience en reporting et/ou gestion de projet ;
– Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance des outils de gestion de projet (cycle de projet, cadre logique, proposition de projets, reporting, etc…) ;
– Avec de très bonnes capacités d’anticipation, de planification et d’organisation, vous êtes capables de travailler sous pression et de représenter l’organisation auprès des autres clusters ;
– Vous avez d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d’analyse et de synthèse, autant en français qu’en anglais.
SPECIFICITES/PARTICULARITES DU POSTE :
Le poste étant basé en capitale, la vie y est relativement agréable : Bamako est une capitale de taille importante pour la sous-région, assez agréable et présentant beaucoup de facilités même si certaines sont soumises à restriction du fait des règles sécurité.
La sécurité est en général bonne à Bamako mais n’exclut en aucun cas le respect des règles de prudence. Des déplacements limités sont à prévoir sur les sites d’intervention des projets (Mopti, Tombouctou, Gao) avec certaines limitations ou sous conditions dans le nord du pays en fonction des règles de sécurité en vigueur.

- International contract of 24 months starting ideally from 01/06/2024

- Salary : from €2,346 gross/month depending on professional experience
- Per diem : €571 net/month – paid in local currency on site
