Job Description:
The French Red Cross, an association under the 1901 law recognized as being of public utility, is at the head of 624 health, social, medico-social and training establishments and services. These establishments, dedicated to care and support, aim to give those supported the power to act again. The 2030 strategy of the French Red Cross intends to make these establishments essential places for the resilience of populations.
Within the deputy general management in charge of establishment development, and in support of the development manager, the coordinator manages the development of sectors (elderly people in the home in particular)
You take part in the development of our activities, including responses to calls for projects / creation of structures / public service delegations as well as preparations for taking over the establishment
MISSION 1: PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Participate in the construction of the development strategy of the professional sectors of the French Red Cross
Describe the national development strategy within each sector and in the territories
Ensure that the operational management of development by the sectors is in compliance with the internal processes and intervene in support if necessary
Represent by delegation locally the French Red Cross for high-stakes development projects
Participate in the identification of projects of interest (monitoring and dissemination in a dedicated monitoring)
Ensure updating monitoring dashboards, tools and operating methods, in order to guarantee optimal quality of reporting to the national authorities of the French Red Cross, business sectors and support departments
MISSION 2: PARTICIPATE IN THE ANIMATION AND INCREASE IN SKILLS OF THE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY OF FRENCH RED CROSS ESTABLISHMENTS
Ensure good coordination of internal stakeholders (sectors and support services) in the formalization of files (responses to calls for projects, resumption, calls for expressions of interest, innovative projects, partnerships, extensions, etc.)
Ensure the viability of actions development linked to support functions and sectors
Actively participate in the running of the community of project managers (toolboxes, training, mooc, drive, seminars)
Provide local support to project leaders
MISSION 3: CONSTITUTE AND WRITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FILES
Create the framework of files for development projects
Write the generic/recurring parts of development projects
Write the salient parts of certain development files
Reread, format and harmonize the development projects

You have :
necessarily confirmed expertise in development in one of our sectors (health, people with disabilities, elderly people – home, early childhood, child protection and fight against exclusion).
a perfect mastery of the constitution and drafting of development files

A mastery of budgetary processes
a very good ability to work in a team and lead a network, in a complex environment
