Focus on Information Systems Service
The Logistics consists of 3 people. The mission of its members is to support the headquarters and field teams in the use and development of computer tools.
And the IT and Cyber Security Specialist in all this?
As an IT and Cyber Security Specialist, under the direct supervision of the· of the’s working environment and’informatics headquarters and in functional connection with the various departments of the Headquarters, the, you will ensure the implementation and proper functioning of the’ set of computer services, the provision of the framework and the solutions necessary for the smooth running of the activities of the’association.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
Monitoring: You will ensure daily monitoring and vigilance aimed at the proper functioning and continuity of the services for which you will be responsible for the headquarters and the field. You will also be in charge of the management, monitoring of the park and the IT infrastructure of the headquarters.
Assistance: You will be in charge of technical assistance to users of the headquarters with regard to commonly used hardware, equipment and software.
Support missions: You will support and support missions for the deployment of IT infrastructures and tools in the field.
Programming : With the·la Responsible for the Logistics Service, you will participate in the drafting of’an annual action plan for the service. You will also participate in the assembly of the estimated budget of headquarters logistics expenses on the topics of’information technologies and digital communications.
Safety : Under the responsibility of the· of the’work environment and the’computer infrastructure headquarters, and, you ensure the maintenance in operational conditions of the whole ICT structure of the seat and the’integrity of the data of the’association.
The challenges ahead of you:
– Security of the information systems of the structure – Management of the’computer infrastructure of the headquarters ; – Technical assistance to users on the application fleet and the computer equipment;
What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can justify from’a training Master or bac +5 in computer science, systems administration and networks.
Experience
You are strong of’an experience in a position similar to the headquarters of’une NGO or you have a professional experience of 3 years minimum. Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
Skills
You master Windows and Windows Server 2012 environments. You have computer skills in : Administration: Win 10, SharePoint, Hyper, Microsoft Azure, Unbuntu, Office 365, Fortinet, VMware. Scripts: PowerShell, CLI. Web : PHP . Office Tools : Suite Office 2010, 2013,2016, AIK, Clonezilla, Syncovery. Messaging : Office 365 and OVH shared hosting. Networks : LAN, Wifi. Database : MySQL, SQL server. Are you familiar with Virtual, Unix and Linux environments ? C’ is a plus !
Qualities required
You show a good relationship, ease of communication, both in writing and orally, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have an appetite for user support. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.

PUI will propose
Status: Framework
Salary: 3300 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
