Zoom on the Accounting Service
The Accounting Department consists of 7 people. The mission of its members is to manage the general accounting of the headquarters and missions of the’Association.
And the Field Accounting Assistant in all this?
As’Assistant· Accountancy Field, you will monitor, control and’ record the accounts of International First Emergency missions abroad.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
Field Accounting Management: You will verify and process the accounts sent by the missions. You will validate the exchange rates monthly. You will integrate the SAGE entries into SAGA and you will be responsible for the consistency of this information. You will ensure the annual closing of the missions. You will provide accounting technical support to administrators on assignments. You will control budget allocations and make budget reallocations on the SAGA software.
Training: You will participate in the training of administrators during their visit to headquarters or during field visits.
Audit : You will participate in the preparation of audits.

Formation
You can justify an initial training (Bac+2) in accounting and/or Management.
Experience
You are strong of’a year of experience in General Accounting. Do you have’ experience in cost accounting ? This will be highly appreciated. Have you worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
Skills
Do you master the SAGA software ? This post is for you!
Qualities required
You show a good relationship, ease of communication, both in writing and orally, and you have a taste for teamwork. You demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
Languages
Do you speak French and’anglais fluently ? C’is indispensable for this post !.

PUI will propose
Status: Employee(e)
Salary: 2100 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
