Médecins Sans Frontières, an international humanitarian medical association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened: mainly in the event of armed conflicts, but also epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or even exclusion from care. The French section is present in around thirty countries.
We are looking for our collection department a Intern – Loaded·e CRM operation
Mission :
Regarding the database :
- You monitor the setting, compliance and maintenance of the database by monitoring the integration of file flows and releases.
- You are helping to improve methods to ensure the quality and enrichment of the donor database.
- You participate in the corrective and evolutionary developments of the system in connection with the users and your manager.
- You perform receipts and follow-up of production and deployment.
- You support users in their requests related to the functionality of the CRM ( Investigator, screen consultation, automated tasks, … ). You automate and document the procedures.
- You cultivate collaborative work with other services or departments in the context of the management of transversal projects. You are doing a watch of new things and trends in your profession.
Profile sought :
Training : You have an initial training in CRM, BDD, data, statistics or applied mathematics, marketing research ( Bac + 3 minimum )
Skills :
- You have a good knowledge of databases and their environment.
- You have an excellent mastery of the IT tools necessary for your profession.
Qualities required :
- You are funny, endowed with analytical and synthetic qualities.
- You have excellent relational and good listening skills.
- You know how to work in team project management mode.
Languages : Master of French in writing and oral. English is an asset.
Status : 6 month full-time internship. Mandatory tripartite internship agreement, internship based in Paris with possible occasional trips.
Conditions :
6-month full-time internship ( 35h ). Compensation according to level of education ( from 4.48 € / h Bac + 3 to 6.55 € / hour Bac + 5 ).
Restaurant titles with a face value of 11 € ( 60% supported by Médecins Sans Frontières ). Support for 50% of the title of public transport; 2 days of rest compensated per month.
Position to be filled : End of October 2023.
