The French Red Cross, an association recognized by law 1901 as a public utility, is the head of 624 health, social, medico-social and training institutions and services. These establishments, dedicated to the care and the’accompanying, aim to give back to the people accompanied the power of’agir. The 2030 strategy of the French Red Cross intends to make these establishments the essential places for the resilience of populations.

Within the deputy directorate-general in charge of the development of establishments, and under the authority of the development manager,’, the development coordinator is leading the development of the Elderly – Home and Early Childhood business lines.
MISSION 1: TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Participate in the construction of the strategy for the development of the French Red Cross business lines
Decline the national strategy of development within each sector and in the territories
S’ ensure that the operational management of the development by the sectors is in accordance with the internal processes and intervene in support if necessary
Represent the French Red Cross locally by delegation for development projects with a high level of stakes
Participate in the’ identification of’ interest projects (monitoring and dissemination in a dedicated watch)
S’ensure of the updating of the monitoring dashboards, the tools and the operating procedures, and, in order to guarantee an optimal quality of reporting before the national authorities of the French Red Cross, business sectors and support departments
MISSION 2: PARTICIPATE IN THE ANIMATION AND THE MONTEE IN COMPETENCE OF THE COMMUNITY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENTS OF THE FRENCH RED CROSS
Ensure the good coordination of internal actors ( sectors and support services ) in the formalization of files ( responses to calls for projects, recovery, call for expressions of interest, innovative projects, partnerships, extensions … )
Ensure the viability of development actions in connection with support functions and sectors
Actively participate in the animation of the community of project managers ( toolboxes, training, moo, drive, seminars )
Provide local support to project leaders
MISSION 3: CONSTITUTE AND ADDRESS FILES OF DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Constitute the framework of development project files
Write the generic / recurring parts of development projects
Write the salient parts of certain development files
Relate, update and harmonize development projects

proven expertise in development and in the assigned business sectors (early childhood and elderly people – home)
perfect mastery of the constitution and drafting of development files
