As the Global Rewards Manager you will manage the delivery of Tearfund’s reward strategy ensuring that we attract and retain the highest calibre of staff across our six geographical regions. You will oversee our regional reward policy and procedure, our salary benchmarking process and the annual salary/cost of living review.
We are looking for candidates with extensive knowledge in:
- Global compensation
- Salary and benefit structures
- Job evaluations
- Job grading
- Tracking market volatility
You must have INGO experience and proven capability in project management. If you possess this experience and you are a strategic thinker with strong influencing skills we look forward to receiving your application.
