General public collection manager (CDI) At Asmae


Asmae is an independent and secular association law 1901 recognized of’public utility. It was created in 1980 by Sister Emmanuelle to provide protection and education to the most vulnerable children in the world. Present in 7 countries: Egypt, Lebanon, India, Philippines, Madagascar, Burkina Faso and France, Asmae supports local actors while also acting on an institutional scale.

THE MISSION

As part of the strategy of’Asmae-Association Sister Emmanuelle and in the respect of its values, the/the Responsable collectif grand public is responsible for developing the resources resulting from the generosity of the public.

Under the responsibility of the Directorate of private resources, the/the Head of general public collection proposes the strategy for the development of donations from the general public as well as donations from the general public and pilots its implementation. She/he is the guarantor of the’ achievement of the objectives, reports on the results and proposes corrective actions if necessary. She/he develops and manages budgets, external services, recruits teams, supervises them by promoting skills development, and promotes internal and external synergies.

THE POST

1- Develop funds from the general public collection

Lead the development of consumer and middle donor collection

  • Propose a strategy of collection general public and middle donors digital and print in close collaboration with the’agence conseil
  • Decline the strategy into biannual and annual plans and manage their implementation
  • Propose sources of diversification of the general public collection
  • Supervise loyalty and prospecting campaigns and propose improvements in terms of’efficiency and automatic debits
  • Guarantee the quality and performance of the contents produced for the general public collection by promoting the unaffected collection and the reactivity to the actions of’ emergency
  • Supervise the’analysis of campaigns on the basis of key’indicators and propose axes of’improvement of their performance
  • Oversee the quality of the relationship with donors, the coherence and the’efficiency of the donor journey at all stages of the relationship cycle
  • Ensure a watch on the evolutions and innovations of the sector
  • Supervise the’administration of the database
  • Ensure the consistency, quality and proper functioning of the tools and services related to the collection and management of donations: donation module, database, etc, outsourced management of donations, internal procedures ; supervising external services and ensuring their efficiency
  • Work closely with the communication manager for the deployment of communication campaigns /collection on the’ all print, digital and press relations media
  • Work in good collaboration with the management of the cluster for the development of major donors

2- Develop the funds resulting from the liberalities

  • Propose a strategy for the development of liberalities in close collaboration with the’agence conseil
  • Decline the strategy into biannual and annual plans and manage their implementation
  • Supervise the’efficiency of the marketing plan, the media plan related to communication, and relations with prospects, requesters of’information and proven testers

3- Reporting and internal information

  • Monthly reporting on key quantitative and qualitative indicators on the general public collection and the liberalities, as well as their analysis and proposals for improvement
  • Ensure good internal communication related to activities, ensure compliance with internal procedures and practices and be proactive about relevant updates and improvements

Transversal activities

  • Propose budgets, ensure compliance and follow-up on commitments
  • Ensure the administrative management of the service
  • Ensure compliance with the operational framework of the’activity defining in particular the roles and responsibilities of the different actors and the operating scheme between headquarters and the field
  • Ensure a monthly coordination point with the financial department for accounting reconciliations ; supervise the’extraction and’analysis of data for annual closings
  • Ensure the availability and updating of internal procedures
  • Participate in external networks related to the service
  • Ensure a competitive watch
  • Promote internal synergies, especially with the communication and awareness department

II. RELATIONS

  • Under the hierarchical responsibility of the management of the private resources cluster /communication /awareness
  • Supervision of’a in charge of management of donations and donor relationship and’a trainee or alternate
  • The incumbent works closely with the various departments and people of the’association (employees and volunteers) and supervises relations with the providers

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Bac+3/5 higher education in marketing, commerce, ESC or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of fundraising (fundraising) and its actors (direct marketing consulting agencies, file brokers,’ call centers, street marketing companies, printers, file brokers, database hosts…) and synergies collection/communication.
  • 5 Years experience in agency, foundation or association in the following areas: fundraising, direct marketing, database management, liberalities
  • Excellent culture of numbers and good knowledge of direct marketing tools : database management, statistical techniques (segmentation, audience targeting, typology), construction of arguments, etc, elaboration of’a marketing strategic plan…
  • Experience working with volunteers appreciated

  • Remuneration : 40K€ – 43K€ annual gross, depending on profile

  • Other advantages : Teleworking 3 days maximum according to charter
