War Child Netherlands consists of more than 50 passionate professionals who are responsible for a large part of War Child Global’s income, all fundraising activities in the Netherlands and for the positioning and reputation of the organization. Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining (pro)active contact with, advising and informing the organizers of actions and events (written, verbal or personal)
  • Directing, inspiring and facilitating the fundraising volunteers;
  • Managing and supervising interns
  • Identifying fundraising opportunities that may be of extra interest to War Child and responding proactively by suggesting ideas
  • Proactively market and promote existing promotional concepts
  • Attending actions and events to represent War Child or coordinate activities
  • Ensure the administrative processing of information in our CMS system.

Your Profile

  • You are energetic and positive
  • Strong communication skills (both by telephone and face-to-face) and the talent to inspire and convince people

What we offer

  • Salary ranges from €3583 to €4455 gross per month, based on 40 hours per week (the exact amount is determined by the years of your relevant work experience)
  • 8% holiday allowance based on annual salary
  • An employment contract for 32-40 hours
  • 29 vacation days per year on a full-time basis (including 3 predetermined days off)

We currently work in a hybrid form, with the combination of home and office.
