Present in about twenty countries, SI – 2000 teams in total composed of’expatriates, national staffs, permanent staff at headquarters, etc,some volunteers..- intervene with professionalism and commitment in respect of cultures.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Logistique desk Emergencies: Le/La Logisticien.ne Desk acts as a logistics reference and supports the’installation and development of programs in the countries under his responsibility by sometimes playing the role of Logistics Coordinator. He/She provides support to the units desks and control of the missions of SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL. He participates in the activities of the logistics department and takes part in the definition of the global logistics strategy of the’association, ensuring its effective implementation on missions.

Transverse Projects: For each project of this type, the/the Logisticien.ne Desk Urgence et Projets Transverses will assume the role of logistician.ne with the services requesting headquarters and land.

Its role within the’unity desk :

Define, with the logistics coordinators, the logistics strategies of the missions, in coherence with the global logistics strategy of the’association and the country strategies
In conjunction with the geographical manager, participate in the management of mission security: contextual monitoring, validation of security plans and tools, etc, matching the means available with the security plans
Provide technical support to logistics teams in the field
Receiving and processing’achat files from the field, for purchases made at headquarters and in the field
S’insure of the application of the logistics procedures of Solidarities International and/or donors, at headquarters and in the field
Supervise the budgetary dimensioning of projects and the’integration of logistics components in project proposals
Participate in the sizing of logistics teams in the field
Follow the logistic indicators (volumes of’achats, financial volumes, equipment renewal) of the missions and produce the elements of’analyses necessary for the monitoring of the missions
Capitalize on the logistic activity of missions
Press le.la logistics coordinator ERT in the monitoring and’activity of the stock U, in the Paris region

Its role in the logistics department of the headquarters :

Participate in the’ logistical programming exercise, as part of the strategy of the’association
Pilot and/or participate in the transversal logistics projects of structuring, creation of’tools and drafting of logistics policies
Train the candidate logisticians at the start through the PAD (Preparation At the start).
Participate in the recruitment of the logisticians pool
Cross-cutting projects :

Participation in the drafting of project proposals and budgeting of project assets/services
Ensure compliance with procedures and contribute to the dissemination of good purchasing practices
Processing of purchase requests (IOF or LINK) or orders of the services requesting the headquarters and the field
Research, selection & evaluation of suppliers
Negotiation with the suppliers
Elaboration of calls for’offre (from the establishment of the file to the selection of the supplier) for the framework agreements of the requesting services
Implementation and deployment of framework contracts, monitoring of implementation and measurement of their use
Participation in the development and updating of the product catalogue of the’information purchasing system
Participation in external audits

YOUR PROFILE

Training :

Any generalist training with a strong sensitivity to context analysis is welcome.

Experience :

At least 3 years of field experience in NGOs, especially on humanitarian emergency responses, including logistics and coordination positions. Additional experience at the headquarters of’une NGO would be an additional asset
Capacity of’analysis and’organization, priority management
Good management of’information and good communication skills
Essential mastery of’informatics (Pack Office and O365)
Knowledge and mastery of LINK (appreciated)
A technical specialization (mechanics, electricity, energy, transport, etc.) and an appetite for IS (LINK) would be an asset

Languages :

French, English (very good level, read, spoken and written) ; the’spanish is a plus

IF YOU WILL OFFER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

Position based at the headquarters of Solidarity International, in Clichy la Garenne (Mairie de Clichy Metro) with field trips
CSD until 31 December – Framework status
Monthly gross remuneration of : 3183 € or 3316 € depending on the grid in force at headquarters
Possibility of teleworking: 4 or 12 days of Teleworking per month or 100% of teleworking with 3 days of mandatory face-to-face per month. In accordance with the Telework Charter in force and the manager.
Leave : 2.0833 CP /month and 1 day RTT / full month of work
Days of recovery and medical coverage taken care of 100% during the field trips
Mutual (80 %), restaurant tickets (60%), transport tickets Ile de France (50%) supported by the’association
