TDS-Group is a firm specialized in consulting and technical assistance to public and private actors operating in countries in crisis, post-crisis and development. The firm specializes in :
- The production of strategic knowledge on the institutional, political, socio-economic environment of developing countries ;
- The evaluation of public policies,’aide programmes and field projects supported by public funding ;
- L’technical assistance to organisations that command, pilot and use evaluation ;
- The definition and implementation of development strategies for operators in the emerging countries ;
- L’technical assistance at each phase of the project cycle of the’assessment of risks and needs at the final evaluation,’ impact study.
As part of its missions, TDS-Group is looking for health experts to complement its teams.
Required skills :
– At least 8 years of experience in the evaluation of development/humanitarian projects for actors of international solidarity (donors, associations, NGOs, etc.) ;
experience in sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) including safe abortion and gender-based violence (GBV) ;
experience in the management of communicable diseases (HIV/Aids, TB, malaria, etc.) ;
solid knowledge of health systems and related challenges on the African continent (West, central, southern Africa, MENA, etc.) ;
mastery of the management system of development organizations ;
– Experience of’animation methods for participatory reflections ;
solid knowledge of’use of participatory research methods ;
– Excellent command of French and English ;
– Mastery of additional languages is an asset.
Remote consultations with one-off field missions.
Remuneration according to experience.
