Spanish Red Cross seeks to incorporate a Community Development delegate in Mali in the Spanish Red Cross delegation (CRE) in Mali with the aim of monitoring the projects in progress, as well as the identification and formulation of new projects in coordination with the Malilense National Society.
Functions:
- You will coordinate and supervise the adequate technical / economic execution of the projects in execution financed by decentralized cooperation.
- You will coordinate the technical / economic part of the Malian Red Cross for the management and planning of development and humanitarian aid activities.
- You will coordinate together with the managers and technical departments of the Malian Red Cross, public authorities, international organizations and other public / private organizations
- You will supervise the execution and justification of the projects in compliance with the regulations of the Spanish Red Cross, and other donors present in the area.
- You will supervise and prepare the technical and financial reports in Spanish and French (according to donor) of all the projects under the responsibility of the CRE Delegation in Mali, according to the formats and internal procedures of CRE and the financing entities.
- You will identify new project proposals in different areas of the country, in accordance with the requirements set by the main traditional donors (European Union, Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation, … etc), Spanish locals and regional
- You will support the CRE Delegation in Mali, based on the needs identified by CRE / Central Office.
- Those other tasks that may be relevant during the course of the mission within the framework of the action plan.
- You will carry out those other tasks or functions that may arise and that from the Central Office are considered part of the development of this mission and support to the delegation.
IMPRESCINDIBLE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Diploma or Degree or equivalent experience.
- Work experience of at least 1 year in management of development projects for international cooperation and / or humanitarian action according to the project cycle: identification, formulation, execution and justification.
- Knowledge of the regulations of main funders.
- Knowledge in the Logical Framework Approach and in Cooperation.
- Level C1 of French, spoken and written (test will be held).
- Windows Environment Domain (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc.)..
