About: Action against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights against hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has founded its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, particularly during and after emergencies linked to conflict and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Security and Livelihoods – Water, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
The telemarketing channel includes all acquisition and retention campaigns for one-off and regular donors via the telephone channel.
Concretely, your missions will revolve around several axes:
Contribute to the operational implementation of direct marketing campaigns:
Ensure operational management of direct marketing campaigns
Collect, write and regularly update content on ACF to enrich the knowledge of service providers
Write and produce agency briefs
Organize and conduct training for teleactor and face-to-face teams
Ensure logistical monitoring of telemarketing and face-to-face campaigns
Transmit information to the Donor Relations Department and other departments in the Communication and Development department
Contribute to the qualitative and quantitative monitoring of direct marketing campaigns:
Participate in the monitoring and analysis of the results of direct marketing campaigns
Ensure quality control of service providers (field visits, regular telephone monitoring, compliance of print campaigns) and write reports of this quality monitoring
Ensure the capitalization of experiences acquired on the various campaigns
Contribute to the Benchmark and innovation:
Monitor new communication, recruitment and donor loyalty tools
Ensure operational implementation of tests on new collection channels
Profile :
You are preparing a bac+2/3 type training in marketing/communication/commerce, and you ideally have initial experience in marketing.
Able to follow several projects simultaneously, you are recognized for your sense of organization and your management of priorities. You also know how to demonstrate autonomy and rigor.
Ready to proudly represent the association? With excellent interpersonal skills, you are capable of speaking in public!

Terms of employment
Status: 12-month work-study apprenticeship or professionalization contract
?? Contract duration: 12 months
?? Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
?? Salary Conditions:
Remuneration based on the legal minimum, adjusted according to age and level of training, over 13 months
21 days of RTT (prorated according to time of presence)
Health and welfare coverage: 80% covered by ACF
Transport : 50% of the package between home and the workplace
Meal vouchers: 60% covered by the association (value of 8 euros)
Social benefits: social works, reductions on cinema tickets
?? Teleworking: Open to everyone from mainland France. Our teleworking policy governs activities requiring a presence at the association’s headquarters. You can choose to work fully or partially remotely. For this position, a mandatory presence of 12 days per month is planned at headquarters, with time dedicated to meetings and collective events (3 days per month on average). The first 6 weeks will include 2 days of mandatory attendance per week for your integration into the team.
