And the Accounting and Management Intern in all of this?
As a Accounting and Management Intern, you will assist the Field Accounting Officer in his daily tasks and in monitoring the international missions for which he is responsible. You will work in collaboration with the Field Accounting assistants.
The majority of your role will be to contribute to the work of inventory, compilation, translation and improvement of existing financial and accounting procedures ( budgetary monitoring, donor sheets, calculation of an exchange rate, etc.), as well as the monthly processing of SAGA accounting for missions ( verification of the parts raised from the field and their correct allocation ). You will follow the proper allocation of funds, their eligibility and compliance with donor financial procedures, participate in the distance training of administrators in the field and during their passage to headquarters, as well as in the preparation of headquarters and field audits.
What you will need to get this internship
- A Convention issued by your training organization !
- As such, you can justify a higher diploma, Bac level + 3 minimum in accounting / management.
- Experience: An experience of working in a team, in an associative environment and / or internationally will be valued.
- Skills: You have good accounting bases, very good editorial skills in French as well as in English, and master IT ( including Excel ).
- Qualities required: You have a proven interest in the International Solidarity sector. You show autonomy, rigor and logic, and have a sense of teamwork.
- Languages: French and English have no secrets for you ? So much the better, these are two essential languages for this position !

PUI will offer you
- Gratification: 4.60 € / hour
- Support: Support for 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Tickets Restaurant ( with a face value of 9 € )
- Rest: 1 RTT per month ( 37h / week )
- Days of writing of thesis and / or internship report, if applicable
- A telework policy flexible, based on three methods.
