Empresa de Tecnología y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in carrying out engineering, consulting and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental, seeks to incorporate 2 Specialist Technicians for Drinking Water, Sanitation and Debug cooperation projects of the Cooperation Fund for Water and Sanitation (FCAS).

Functions and Tasks
- Provide technical support to FCAS Projects and programs
- Participate in the management of the Projects, improving their execution and ensuring their Sustainability
- Strengthen the capacities and coordination of the Beneficiaries of the grant
- Enhance integrated water resources management and studies to achieve it
- Analyze weaknesses and promote actions that contribute to the human right to Water and Sanitation
Specific Requirements
Compliance with the requirements must be justified, attaching in section ‘ Annexes ’ of the request (or during the process) the following documents, as appropriate:
- Official title of the training or proof of payment of application for the title or academic certificate of the completed studies (including the Final Project).
- Working life and / or Work contract that allows checking and accrediting the required experience.
Training
Titration
- Engineering Degree (Level 3 MECES) or Degree + Official Master in Agricultural Engineering, Roads, Channels and Ports, Geological, Industrial or Montes or Bachelor’s or Degree + Official Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences (Titulation approved in Spain).
Languages
- English, Minimum Level B1 (the level will be verified during the course of the Selection process).
Previous experience
- Between 2 years and 5 years or more of experience Planning and control of projects in Drinking Water and Sanitation
- At least 2 years of experience Design, review and evaluation of systems in Drinking Water and Sanitation
Other Essential Requirements
- Possibility to travel at least 25% of the time
