As part of a new campaign on social and behavioral change aimed at promoting awareness and demand for reproductive health, MAGENTA is seeking a communications agency specializing in the design and production of creative communications materials and implementation. effective public relations position to increase the visibility of the campaign.

GOALS :

The main objective of this recruitment is to supervise the monitoring and evaluation components of the communication campaign on social and behavioral change in reproductive health

Specific objectives :

  1. Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation mechanism to track the reach and impact of communications efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  2. Track progress against campaign goals using quantitative and qualitative indicators.
  3. Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to adjust campaign strategies for optimal impact.

TASKS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER:

  • Design the monitoring and evaluation framework adapted to the specific needs and objectives of the campaign.
  • Collect, analyze and report data on campaign reach, engagement and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with the communications team to align monitoring and evaluation activities with overall campaign strategies.
  • Prepare detailed monthly monitoring reports and a final impact evaluation report.

Duration of Service:

The contract will cover the duration of the campaign, approximately 6 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the results of the campaign and the needs of the organization.

DELIVERABLES:

  • An operational monitoring and evaluation framework, including tools and processes.
  • Monthly tracking reports detailing campaign performance.
  • A comprehensive final evaluation report analyzing the results obtained in relation to the objectives set.

Desired Profile and Experience:

  • Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in health or public health projects.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital data collection tools and analytical software.
  • Understanding of reproductive health issues and sensitivity to specific gender dynamics.
