Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of GRUPO TRAGSA, specialized in works related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to incorporate 1 Technician/a – WASH (Water and sanitation) and Logista in International Cooperation to provide support in the integrated management of the Spanish technical team for emergency aid and response (START Team).

Functions and Tasks
- The tasks to be carried out by the contracted person will be the following: – Manage the START hospital in WASH and LOGISTA material, both in the coordination tasks of the WASH and LOGISTA team and in the real-time adaptation of these teams and the equipment of the hospital to international standards.
- Design and calculate WASH and LOGISTA facilities and services in hospital areas within the international regulatory framework.
- Create new guides and technical protocols for the START team on WASH and LOGISTA, correcting and keeping existing ones updated.
- Prepare the materials and forms of the necessary training to prepare the START team personnel to efficiently carry out their tasks during a deployment mission and to deliver them. Likewise, to design and/adapt the content and materials of the international training and meetings on WASH and LOGISTA-EMT that the OAH requires as tasks of institutional strengthening and support for the development of other countries.
- Control, the stock of materials, equipment and consumables; manage their maintenance and repair tasks.
- Participate and support in the coordination on WASH and LOGISTA in OAH emergency response outlets with the START hospital or other interventions designated by OAH.
- Define the technical specifications of the acquisitions of materials, consumables and equipment WASH and LOGISTA. Carry out recruitment files and other purchasing procedures, contract management and collaboration management for the maintenance and repair of materials and machinery.
Specific Requirements
Compliance with the requirements must be justified, attaching in section ‘ Annexes ’ of the request (or during the process) the following documents, as appropriate:
- Official title of the training or proof of payment of application for the title or academic certificate of the completed studies (including the Final Project).
- Working life and / or Work contract that allows checking and accrediting the required experience.

Titration
- Engineering Degree, Technical Engineering, Engineering Degree or Degree + Official Master in Engineering (Titulation approved in Spain).
Languages
- English, Minimum Level B1 (the level will be verified during the course of the Selection process).
Previous experience
- At least 3 years of experience in WASH (water and sanitation) and / or logistics in developing countries

- Availability to make trips abroad on short and medium-term missions

– Contract of duration determined by substitution with an estimated duration of 2 months, depending on the causative fact.
