- Technologies y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P. (TRAGSATEC) needs to incorporate 2 Technicians specialized in management of Drinking Water cooperation projects, Sanitation and Debugging for Technical Assistance to the Programs of the Cooperation Fund for Water and Sanitation and other Cooperation Programs to which they are associated/ Support to support the management of FCAS-related projects, with visits to the countries where these projects are carried out, as needed.
Geographical locations:
- With a contract in Spain and a workplace in Madrid, with trips to Latin American countries for visits to projects and works in different countries.
Functions:
- Its priority function will be the monitoring and control of the programs / projects associated with the Cooperation Fund for Water and Sanitation, applying (and helping to implement), with solvency the common standards and procedures and practices, recognized as more effective and efficient, applicable to projects
of entity of any field so that these advance optimally, adjusting to its base lines of costs, scope and schedule. This implies:
• Control that the project teams are executing the defined tasks and deliverables, and only these, and that the result meets the agreed requirements.
• Manage the changes that are essential for the good execution of the projects.
• Control that the project is executed within the agreed term and take the appropriate measures early to correct deviations.
• Financial and administrative control of projects and payment capacities, maintaining the relationship between collections and payments in positive, in such a way that the project meets its payment obligations with the invoiced party.
• Control purchase procedures and solve contract problems.
• Control risks and influence those identified, trying to avoid or decrease negatives and enhance positives.
• Actively participate in the management of people and the media involved in the above points. Help obtain, manage and use the necessary ones for the execution of the Project. Manage the communication channels of the Project and establish meetings, training and directing the members of the Project team

2 .Extend access and basic sanitation and water services - Strengthen the municipal and supra-municipal institutional system for proper management of the sanitation and water sector that favors public, transparent and participatory management of the
resource. - Promote the comprehensive management of water resources.
- Strengthen the capacities and coordination of the Spanish Cooperation in the Water and sanitation sector.
- Contribute to the realization of Human Rights to Water and Sanitation.

Requirements (required):
- Engineering or Degree + Official Master in Engineering in the Civil, Mining, Industrial, Chemical, Agronomic or Montes branches (Titulation approved in Spain).
– Experience of at least 2 years in directing and controlling development cooperation projects, integrated or supervising a Project Management Unit/Program or the executing office of Project / Program.
– Experience of at least 2 years in execution and/or in monitoring and control of interventions in the Water and Sanitation sector in contexts of cooperation, if possible American and focused on drinking water systems, sanitation and purification of urban wastewater.
– Experience of at least 5 years in design, review and evaluation of drinking water systems (capture, adduction, purification and conduction) and in the design of urban wastewater sanitation and purification projects.
– Minimum level B2 or equivalent of English (will be checked in a technical interview).
– Minimum level B2 or equivalent of French (will be checked in a technical interview).
Merits (valuable):
- More than 3 years of experience in directing and controlling development cooperation projects, integrated or supervising a Project / Program Management Unit or the Project executing office/Program.
– More than 3 years of experience in execution and/or in monitoring and control of interventions in the Water and Sanitation sector in contexts of cooperation, if possible American and focused on drinking water systems, sanitation and purification of urban wastewater.
– Master or postgraduate or accreditation International Development Cooperation and / or Humanitarian Action.
– More than 6 years of experience in the design, review and evaluation of drinking water systems (harvesting, adduction, purification and conduction) and in the design of urban wastewater sanitation and purification project projects.
