About: Action Against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
You will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of the information system infrastructure and the application environment.
Specifically, you will have the missions of :
Ensure the quality of service provided to users, in the interests of productivity, cost control and compliance with deadlines.
Define and deploy the IT Production and Operations strategy in relation to the strategy of the CIO.
Animate the delegated management, composed of 17 people by relying on 2 pole managers (production & exploitation). You will also need to manage the budget.
Define the organization and animation of this SD in relation to its cluster managers because it is a new entity within the CIO.
Pilot production and operating activities and ensure the operational conditions of infrastructure and applications.
Develop and optimize infrastructures and applications by relying on SI experts and the Studies & Development delegated department.
Ensure the backup and archiving of the data produced.
Supervise the definition of IT procedures, standards and processing, but also ACF hardware and software standards.
Ensure the conformity of the solutions delivered within the framework of SI projects.
Write, in collaboration with the SI Project Chef.fe.s, installation, operating and integration test plans and plan test tasks.
Profile :
You have a bac+4/5 level degree in the computer science field.
You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
You have an appetite for technology.
You have a very good knowledge of computer architectures, deployment models and also have a strong sense of service.
You know how to unite your teams.
You have a very good relationship and a capacity for synthesis.
Employment conditions
Status : Integrated Framework – CDI – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 59,9K to 65Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the headquarters (For positions in CDI)
