About: Action Against Hunger
Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. Its charter of humanitarian principles – independence, neutrality, non-discrimination, free and direct access to victims, professionalism, transparency – has been the basis of its identity for more than 40 years. Its mission is to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection and treatment of undernutrition, in particular during and after emergencies related to conflicts and natural disasters. Action Against Hunger coordinates its programs around 5 areas of activity: Nutrition and Health – Mental Health, Psychosocial Support and Protection – Food Safety and Ways of Existence – Water, Health, Sanitation and Hygiene – Advocacy. Mission :
You will be responsible for ensuring the consistency of the information system infrastructure and the application environment.
Specifically, you will have the missions of :
Ensure the quality of service provided to users, in the interests of productivity, cost control and compliance with deadlines.
Define and deploy the IT Production and Operations strategy in relation to the strategy of the CIO.
Animate the delegated management, composed of 17 people by relying on 2 pole managers (production & exploitation). You will also need to manage the budget.
Define the organization and animation of this SD in relation to its cluster managers because it is a new entity within the CIO.
Manage production and operations activities and ensure the maintenance of the infrastructure and applications in operational conditions.
To evolve and optimize infrastructures and applications by relying on IS experts and the Delegated Directorate of Studies & Development.
Ensure the backup and archiving of the data produced.
Oversee the definition of procedures, standards and computer processing, but also ACF hardware and software standards.
Ensure the compliance of solutions delivered in the context of SI projects.
Write, in collaboration with the SI Project Chiefs, the installation, operation and integration test plans and plan the test tasks.
Profile :
You have a bac level diploma + 4/5 in the IT field.
You have professional experience of at least 5 years on a similar position.
You have an appetite for technique.
You have a very good knowledge of IT architectures, deployment models and also have a strong sense of service.
You know how to federate your teams.
You have a very good relationship and a capacity for synthesis.
Conditions of employment
Status : Integrated Framework – CDI – Full-time
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Remuneration: From 59,9K to 65Keuros gross annual over 13 months according to experience
Seniority bonus from 3 years of presence at the headquarters (For positions in CDI)
