Mission :

In a team on a human scale, and under the supervision of the administrator of the Computer Park, you will have the mission to install and manage the hardware and software fleet, and, maintenance and support for users.
Mainly, your missions are as follows :
Mission 1: Administer the client computer park
Install and configure new computers /software (operating system and standard software) with network connection (in connection with the Network Administrator)
Perform hardware/software maintenance and repair (operating systems, office automation and utilities) of computers, printers (local and network), etc,photocopiers and scanners
Track computer equipment immobilized throughout its use
Manage the stock of computers and loans ( update of the computer equipment database )
Perform certain network administration tasks ( linked directly to user management )
Mission 2: Provide assistance to users
Provide technical support for hardware and software ( office automation and utilities ) to headquarters users
Assist users in securing their ( CD creation, backup on the network )
Carry out integration / information sessions for new employees concerning the tools and IT resources of the headquarters
Write and update technical procedures / documentation made available to users
Mission 3: Participate at the request of the manager, in projects of funds
Participate, according to the mastery and knowledge, in certain computer projects

Profile :

You are preparing a Bac+2/3/4/5 type training in computer science (ex : BTS SIO). You are meticulous, organized and you have a good sense of customer service (internal and external). You know how to manage priorities and deadlines. You have writing, analysis, problem-solving and logic skills. You are very motivated by the humanitarian sector.
English notions are needed.

Employment conditions

Status : 12-month professionalisation or apprenticeship contract
Location: Montreuil, IDF

Salary Conditions :
Remuneration based on the legal minimum (percentage of the SMIC according to age and level of training) over 13 months
21 Days of RTT (extended to the time of presence in the organization)
Health coverage, pension : Support at 80% by ACF
Transport : Pick up at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Meal allowance: 4,80euros per day worked
175euros/year (social works) and discount on cinema tickets

Teleworking : Open to all·s and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative time of presence at the headquarters of the association, including, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of that time in telecommuting. For this purpose, a mandatory presence at the headquarters of 16 days per month has been defined for this position. Attendance times at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing : 3 Days per month on average for meetings and group events and 2 days of mandatory attendance the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
