Mission :

Within the Communication & Development department, you will join the Collection Pole composed of 6 people in charge of recruitment and loyalty of punctual & regular donors !
Your scope will be the collection via Direct Marketing Paper/Print. You will therefore have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of messages & their follow-up: from the writing of content to the follow-up of the graphic chain, until the deposit of the message in mailbox !
More precisely, under the responsibility of the Collector, your missions will be as follows :
Mission 1: Contribute to the management of mailing campaigns (prospecting, loyalty)
Operational management of call-to-don campaigns
Collect the information necessary to carry out marketing campaigns (internal/external information)
Coordinate validations with internal contributors
Manage file exchanges with other associations
Ensure the transmission of information to the donor relations department
Make agency briefs for each new message
Mission 2: Contribute to the management of telemarketing campaigns (welcome call, upgrading, reactivation, transformation …) and street marketing
Operational management of campaigns in relation to service providers
Development and regular updating of content to enrich the knowledge of tele-actors on ACF
Mission 3: Contribute to qualitative and quantitative analyses
Monitoring and analysis of the results of mailing, telemarketing and street-marketing campaigns
Capitalization of the experiences acquired on the different campaigns
Mission 4: Contributing to Benchmark and Innovation
Monitor new communication, recruitment and donor retention tools
Operational implementation of tests on new collection channels

Profile :

Currently in Bac+3/4/5 marketing, you have a strong interest in the associative environment. You are conscientious· in your work and you know how to build relationships of trust with your interlocutor ! You are recognized for your good writing skills, your autonomy, your ability to adapt and your responsiveness. If in addition you are comfortable with databases, this post is perfect for you !
Any experience in direct marketing and/or in the associative sector will be a plus.

Employment conditions

Obligatory condition : Have an internship agreement issued by a school under French law
Duration of the internship: 6 months
Location: Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis)
Salary Conditions :
Internship compensated up to the minimum legal hourly gratuity (on a basis of 35 hours per week)
Absence of examinations, university research and others
Transport : Support at 50% of the package between the home and the workplace
Restaurant vouchers : Supported at 60% by the association for a value of 8euros

Teleworking : Open to all·s and from the metropolitan territory, our teleworking policy defines the activities of the position requiring an imperative time of presence at the headquarters of the association, including, and allows you to choose to fully or partially exercise the rest of that time in telecommuting. For this purpose, a mandatory presence at the headquarters of 4 days per month has been defined for this position. Attendance times at headquarters will also be dedicated to collective sharing : 3 Days per month on average for meetings and group events and 2 days of mandatory attendance the first 6 weeks when you join the team.
