Zoom on the Training Service
The Training Service consists of 2 people. The mission of its members is to support the development of training for Headquarters and Missions.
And the Training Officer in all this?
As a Training Officer, you will contribute to the development of skills, you will accompany employees at headquarters and missions on training topics, etc, and participate in the management of the training platform.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
Pedagogical and methodological advice, support of teams for the creation of training materials and tutorials and in the’ use of training tools.
Administrative and logistical management of training, for headquarters and missions.
Pedagogical monitoring and proposals for new training.
Contribution to the management of skills development plans and budget monitoring.
Management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and support of users in the management of tools.
The challenges ahead of you:
Support the implementation of the LMS and contribute to the development of the skills of employees at headquarters and for international missions.
What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can justify an initial training (Bac+2) in Human Resources.
Experience
You are strong of’a previous experience in training of’a minimum of two years. It will be an undeniable asset !
Skills
You know the pedagogical concepts: methods, tools, evaluation ? You master the markets, partners and players in training ? Have you ever used administrative and financial management tools for training ? are you a good knowledge of office tools including Excel, as well as training management software, e-learning and social learning tools ? This post is for you !
Qualities required
You demonstrate a good relationship, are at the’ listening to needs, have the sense of service. You demonstrate pedagogy, creativity,’ spirit of’initiative, organization and capabilities in project monitoring.
Languages
French and’anglais have no secrets for you ? So much the better, it’is essential for this post !

PUI will propose
Status: Framework
Salary: 3 000,00 – 3 075,00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, according to experience
Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
