Doctors Without Borders, an international humanitarian medical association created in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations whose lives are threatened : mainly in the event of armed conflicts, but also epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters or exclusion from care. The French section is present in about thirty countries.
We are looking for a· for our collection department Trainee – In charge· d’exploitation BDD.
Mission :
Concerning the database :
- You control the configuration, compliance and maintenance of the database by monitoring the’integration of file streams and releases.
- You are helping’ improve methods to guarantee the quality and’enrichment of the donor database.
- You participate in corrective and evolutionary developments of the system in relation to users and your manager.
- You carry out surveys and follow-up of production start-ups and their deployment.
- You accompany users in their requests related to the CRM functionalities (Requestor, screen consultation, automated tasks, …). Automate and document procedures.
- You cultivate collaborative work with other departments or departments within the framework of the management of transversal projects. You carry out a watch of the novelties and trends of your business.
Profile sought :
Training : You have an initial training in CRM, BDD, data, statistics or applied mathematics, marketing research.
Experiences : Bac+3 minimum.
Skills : You have a good knowledge of databases and their environment.
You have an excellent command of the computer tools necessary for your job (Excel and Office Pack, NotePad++).
Mastery of SQL is a plus.
Qualities required :
- You are rigouteux·, endowed with qualities of’analysis and synthesis.
- Curious in nature, you want to’learn and participate proactively in the technical development of the BDD of Doctors without Borders.
- You have an excellent relationship and a good quality of’ listening.
- You know how to work in project management mode in a team and with service providers.
Languages : Mastery of French in the’ and’oral. English is an asset.
Status : 6 Months full-time internship. Compulsory tripartite internship agreement, internship based in Paris with occasional trips possible.
Conditions :
The amount of gratuity is between 4.35€ and 7.70€ gross per hour depending on the level of studies, for internships over one month.
1 Restaurant ticket is awarded per day worked, d’a face value of 11€ (60% support by Doctors Without Borders). 2 Days of rest per month (for internships longer than one month). 50% coverage of the’public transport subscription (no support for train tickets for residents outside Ile de France coming to work in Paris).
