Reporting directly to the person responsible for Programs and Quality, they will be responsible for providing support in the management of processes and processes.
Project management:
– Support in the formulation and presentation of proposals to public and private funders.
– Review, correct and complete the project proposals received from the missions ensuring their technical quality.
– Review, correct and complete internal reports and for funders, ensuring the quality of the content according to their demands and the MPDL’s own internal ones.
– Prepare project status reports for the Department of International Action.
– Guarantee the review of the information received by the missions and respond within reasonable deadlines.
– Organize and file information both in paper and electronic format in an orderly, simple, clear and regular manner over time in accordance with MPDL procedures
– Review and systematize the complementary technical documentation for the justification of the project.
– Carry out internal evaluations and analysis of the project proposals and reports presented to the financier, based on the criteria that may be established.
– Support and participate in the economic processes of the projects with the information or data that may be required.
– Read and analyze public and private calls for financing international cooperation projects for development and Humanitarian Action.
– Communicate with the country managers and with the expatriate and local personnel of the missions when required, requesting and sending them information necessary for the projects.
Process management:
– Support in updating the Manual of standards and procedures of the Department of International Action.
– Support the training processes for people from the International Action Department on the Manual of Standards and Procedures of the International Action Department.
– Analyze already established procedures and present improvement plans.
– Monitor and update the execution of procedures.
– Preparation and updating of the tools of the Standards and Procedures Manual (formats, guides, models, flow charts, etc.)
