The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is the UN organization that supports human development globally by promoting volunteerism and by mobilizing volunteers. It is administered by UNDP and operates amidst growing recognition that volunteerism makes important contributions, economically and socially, to more cohesive societies by building trust and reciprocity among citizens.
Context
Yemen FU plans to create a step-by-step checklist in both English and Arabic. This checklist will guide the newly recruited volunteers on the necessary steps before they integrate into their respective Host Entities.

-Supporting UNV teams with clerical duties -Process background checks for a host entity with the timeline – Perper recruitment checklist is the recruitment tool that navigates managers during the process. – Update the UNV briefing for the new hire – Draft instruction emails for the candidates on the steps -Designing the recruitment checklist, translating some notes into Arabic, – Follow up with the recruited volunteers on pending steps.
