Security and Access Coordinator – Burkina Faso At Action against Hunger France

Created in 1979, Action Against Hunger is an international non-governmental organization that fights hunger in the world. As an RDD Security and Access and under the supervision of the Country Director, you will be in charge of managing the entire security of the mission.
More specifically, you will :
Set up and manage the monitoring of security and access management tools and documents ;
Monitor the overall context of Burkina Faso and the subregion by collecting, analysing and transmitting information ;
Analyze, assess, track and manage security incidents impacting access ;
Be in charge of the validation of travel security and field deployment operations in connection with the Field Coordinators ;
Train and raise awareness among ACF teams on safety and security.

You have a degree in the superior in one of the following areas: logistics, administrative, law or related field.
You have at least 4 years of successful experience in a similar position with a strong field safety component ;
You have experience in a state security apparatus or in peacekeeping missions ;
You have a good knowledge of International Humanitarian Law and you are able to produce an analysis (safe, prospective..) ;
Mastery of spoken and written French is mandatory, English is a plus ;
