Oxfam is carrying out a ( RFP ) call for proposals and invites you to submit a proposal, under the conditions detailed in the RFP file, to provide Oxfam with the service of’ final evaluation of the JESA project: Sahelian Youth for Climate Action in Burkina Faso, Niger and Spain.
OBJECTIVE OF THE MISSION : Coordinate, articulate and implement the entire final evaluation of the project, integrating quantitative analyzes and ensuring the collection and analysis of qualitative evaluation data.
MAIN LIVRABLES ATTENDUS :
Deliverable 1 : Initial methodological design report.
This is a document detailing the entire methodology to be followed during the evaluation and completion of the work. This report should include the conceptual framework for the evaluation and the planned analysis plan.
Deliverable 2 : Questionnaires and data collection grids.
Final version of the questionnaires and data collection grids in accordance with initial planning and after the contributions of the Oxfam teams.
Deliverable 3 : Raw data database
Data from data collection in a digital format containing the result of data collection.
Deliverable 4 : Database cleaned and analyzed.
A database cleaned and analyzed in accordance with the analysis plan proposed in the methodological design.
Deliverable 5 : Final state of the indicators of the logical framework ( endline ).
Analysis of all the indicators of the logical framework, highlighting the level of performance and the degree of achievement of the indicators as well as the possible causes of non-achievement.
Deliverable 6 : Power Point presentation with the main quantitative and qualitative results by country.
Power Point support for presentations of the main quantitative and qualitative results, including information that may arise during the performance analysis restitution session.
Deliverable 7 : Assessment report link
Preliminary version of the final evaluation report including a quantitative analysis of the indicators and an analysis of the qualitative factors of the evaluation in Burkina Faso, Niger and Spain for comments and retro feeding from Oxfam and JESAC project partners.
Deliverable 8 : Final Assessment Report.
Final version of the Evaluation report validated by Oxfam.
