Focus on Recruitment and Skills Development Service

The Recruitment and Skills Development Department is being created and will consist of 10 people. The mission of its members is to recruit by business sector, integrate employees and work on the development of skills to support internal mobility.

And the Research and Mobility Officer in all this?

As a recruitment and Mobility Officer, and in connection with the business references of the sectors for which you will be responsible, you will be in charge of recruitment, including, and ensure internal mobility and’animation of the pool of your sectors.

For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :

You will be responsible for recruiting all profiles of your/your industry(s).

You will be the mobility focal point of the members of the/sector(s) followed(s) and the’animation of the pool for these same profiles.

You will co-pilot the’ set of HR projects requiring improvements, configurations, updates and creations of’tools for the/the sectors followed.

You will contribute to the Communication actions and the dissemination of the PUI employer brand to candidates, members of the pool and employees working for the sector.

You will participate in the development, updating and dissemination of HR policies, procedures, tools and documents related to recruitment and mobility management.

The challenges ahead of you:

1/Supporting the transition to a new organisation of work and roles and responsibilities for recruitment and management of staff mobility ; 2/ To relaunch the creation of a pool per business sector to anticipate future recruitment ; 3/To get to know all the current members of the pool of the business sector, already in position at PUI and become the focal point of their career management in the organization

What you will need to succeed

Formation

You can justify an initial training (Bac+3) in Human Resources or in international solidarity project management.

Experience

You have already been in charge of’a large volume of positions to recruit ? C’is indispensable for this position. You are strong of’a previous field experience with an international NGO, it’is an asset ! You have a good understanding of recruitment issues in the’humanitaire. It will be an undeniable asset !

Skills

You have a very good command of’Excel and have a pronounced taste for work on computer tools. This post is for you !

Qualities required

You show a good relationship, ease of communication, both in writing and orally. You are proof of’a great sense of’organization, rigor, and proactivity. You are a force for proposal and have a sense of responsibility. You like to find solutions when a blockage occurs, you have excellent resistance to stress.

Languages

French and’anglais have no secrets for you ? So much the better, it’is essential for this post ! Mastery of’spanish is a plus for this position.

PUI will propose

Status: Framework

Salary: 3000 Gross monthly over 12 months, according to experience

Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence

Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)

Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)

One telework policy flexible, based on three modalities.
