Project Manager Inequality Campaign At Oxfam


The Role

Oxfam International is looking for a Project Manager to join our global Inequality Campaigns & Advocacy Team. This role will support the effective planning and implementation of priority influencing projects within our campaign, including our work around the World Economic Forum each year.

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Works with others to manage the development and implementation of effective priority campaign plans and activities at the global level, in cooperation with country, regional and affiliate teams and offices.
  • Leads on the planning, coordination, and alignment of key campaign projects, to ensure their smooth and effective implementation. Priority projects will be agreed on by the Inequality Team on a regular basis*.*
  • Supports complex teams and processes in the planning and execution of tasks critical to the effective influencing, including forecasting and mitigating risks and challenges, building relationships with individuals and teams critical to success, leading on the evaluation and reporting for priority projects.

This role will report to the Head of Campaign Strategy, while working closely with the Head of Campaign, Head of Policy and across numerous teams in our multi-disciplinary approach to campaigns and influencing.

They will have strong project management skills, and ability to work across complex teams, projects and processes, maintaining order while allowing for flexibility and agility to respond to new developments.
