And Project Homer’s Project Officer in all this?
As a Homer Project Engineer, you will support the deployment of Homer HR and payroll management software and provide support on the HR aspects of Timesheets on missions.
For this purpose, your responsibilities will be as follows :
You will contribute to the preparation and coordination of software deployment projects (Homer) for’Afghanistan and other missions for which you will be responsible.
You will provide functional support and technical support to Homer software users.
You will ensure the smooth running of tests and follow-up « after-deployment » for’Afghanistan and other missions for which you will be in charge.
You will co-host HR training sessions in the field in connection with Homer.
You will analyze salary data, contribute to the sharing of best practices and participate in the’ improvement of procedures.
The challenges ahead of you:
Remote preparation, then on the mission, of the deployment of Homer and Timesheets for Afghanistan, our largest mission at the moment !
What you will need to succeed
Formation
You can justify an initial training (Bac+2) in Human Resources, Finance, or Project Management.
Experience
You are strong of’a previous field experience with an international NGO. You have a good understanding of payroll, and tax and social law. It will be an undeniable asset !
Skills
You have a very good command of’Excel and have a pronounced taste for work on computer tools. Have you ever worked on Homer software ? This post is for you !
Qualities required
You show a good relationship, ease of communication, both in writing and orally. The training’a no secret for you. You are a force for proposal, have a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You like to bounce, you have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to meet deadlines.
Languages
French and’anglais have no secrets for you ? So much the better, it’is essential for this post !

PUI will propose
Status: Framework
Salary: 3100 EUR gross monthly over 12 months
Medical coverage: 80% of the mutual Health and Providence
Support: Support up to 50% of the ticket and up to 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of 9€)
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37h/week)
