You will join a team for whom mutual aid and sharing are present on a daily basis !
Under the responsibility of the director of establishment, you are in charge of developing and organizing the activity of the service, to coordinate and monitor the actions necessary to support and take charge of the care of the beneficiaries, ensuring the quality, continuity and safety of care.
You join a health care team composed of a nurse graduated from State coordinator and caregivers.
You have the mission of/d’ :
Supervise, animate, coordinate the activity of the healthcare team by being responsible for respecting the personalized care project ;
Develop the planning of the care service and ensure replacements ;
Each new admission of a beneficiary carries out the initial assessment of expectations and needs in order to establish the personalized care project in collaboration with the administrative secretary of SSIAD ;
Organize acts of care, analyzing the state of health of the beneficiaries and setting up an appropriate care path ;
Have the acts of care carried out and evaluated ( proper role or on medical prescription ), updating the beneficiary’s file and applying emergency and emergency procedures if necessary ;
Develop the partnership with liberal nurses and other health and medical-social structures of Mayotte ;
Contribute to the quality approach and risk management by participating in the development of protocols and procedures and in the various bodies and committees of’

You hold a diploma of’French state of’Infirmier coordinator, you have a first experience of IDE of at least 2 years ideally with the elderly and/or disabled.
