Marketing Management – Mexico At Help in Action


Position objectives:

Design, implementation, monitoring and control of the marketing strategy for Mexico in coordination with the country’s management and international marketing management and based on the objectives established by the organization.

Main responsibilities:

  • Define the marketing plan for Mexico with the strategy and actions of communication, recruitment and loyalty.
  • Prepare and monitor the budget, set and approve the objectives of each of its areas and accompany its direct team in achieving them, continuously monitor the degree of progress and report the state of the situation proposing corrective measures.
  • Prepare the marketing plan, designing new products and improving existing ones, defining comprehensive marketing campaigns and implementing lead management and conversion programs.
  • Prepare reporting of measurement of campaign and product results.
  • Design the communication plan, together with its manager, under the parameters of the global brand positioning strategy and those of the country.
  • Guard and custody of the brand. Ensure the implementation of the corporate identity manual.
  • Define the communication plan, content strategy and own and external channels. Organic and paid. Monitoring and control of investment and return.
  • Define the collection plan, content strategy and own and external channels. Organic and paid. Monitoring and control of investment and return.
  • Design, Control and Optimization of digital collection funnels. Orientation to results.
  • Coordinate the organization of broadcast events and press conferences, presence in networks and forums.
  • Prepare content for the internal communication plan for projects and institutional information at vertical and horizontal level.
  • Lead and supervise the performance of your own functions and equipment with transparency, integrity, control and quality.
  • Provide in time and form internal and external accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with the internal regulations and policies of the Organization.
  • Talent management.
  • Budget control and optimization.
  • Responsible for alignment with Country Management and International Marketing.

Requirements

Knowledge and experience:

  • University studies in Marketing, Advertising and PR or related.
  • Master in Digital Marketing.
  • Minimum 10 years of previous work experience in similar roles of responsibility and development of the 360 marketing strategy in Mexico, in the third sector or another.
  • Previous experience in digital capture strategy, collection funnels and management of KPI’s.
  • Previous experience in Loyalty, nutrition funnels, upselling and cross selling.
  • Orientation to results.

  • Essential: English and Spanish, C1: Advanced or C2 – Bilingual
