Management control assistant (alternation) At Asmae

THE MISSION

He/she assists the management controller in the administrative and financial management of programs throughout the project cycle, from the financial arrangement until final closing, in compliance with donor regulations.

Main role and responsibilities

  • Monitoring and control of field accounting;
  • Monitoring and control of internal control tools;
  • Participation in the preparation of donor audits;
  • Participation in the development of the budget of the countries of intervention;
  • Participation in half-yearly and annual accounting closings;
  • Updating management and internal control tools;
  • Administrative management.

Other complementary activities may be integrated, provided that they are directly linked to the management control of international programs.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Training / Experience:

In preparation for Bac+3 to +5 training in Business School, or higher education in Financial Management or Accounting.

Professional skills :

  • Budget management and monitoring
  • Operational level on Microsoft Office (Excel: intermediate level)
  • Knowledge of budgetary and accounting tools highly appreciated
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English as working languages

Personal characteristics :

  • Interest in international emergency aid and development programs

PRACTICAL ARRANGEMENTS

Start date: September 23, 2024.

Statutory : Alternate.e

Full time: 35 hours/week

Salary: Complies with legal provisions**.**

Social benefits: Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €10 (60% of which covered by Asmae), reimbursement of 50% of subscriptions to the public transport network.

Workplace: position based in Montreuil (93) / teleworking (2 days of teleworking according to Charter).
