Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Manager to support our
evolving operations, supporting our Logistics team at the Mahajamba site. The position will provide a
broad range of support to operations functions within Blue Ventures, to
promote the effective, safe and efficient management of people and programs within
our expanding global operations.
Under the supervision of the National Logistics Manager, this is a full-time position
based within the Blue Ventures office in Mahajamba, with
occasional travel to work closely with colleagues, partners,
field teams and communities in the organization’s areas of intervention.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, proactive and highly organized individual, with
excellent knowledge of the small-scale fishing, marine conservation and
rural development sectors. Ideally, you will have experience in operational
and logistical supports.
You will thrive in collegial and inspiring environments, and will be able
to demonstrate your experience of working independently and solving
complex problems in difficult situations.
