TDS-Group is a consulting firm specializing in international advice and technical assistance to public and private actors operating in crisis, post-crisis and developing countries. The firm specializes in:
* The production of strategic knowledge on the institutional, political and socio-economic environment of developing countries;
* The evaluation of public policies, aid programs and field projects financed by public funds;
* Technical assistance to organizations that commission, manage and use the assessment;
* Define and implement development strategies for operators in emerging countries;
* Technical assistance at each stage of the project cycle, from risk and needs assessment to final evaluation and impact study.
As part of its missions, TDS-Group is looking for a journalist based in Guinea Bissau .
Experience required:
– At least 5 years of experience in journalism and media;
– Excellent knowledge of the Guinean media landscape (difficulties encountered by journalists and the media, opportunities for improvement, regulatory institutions);
– Experience with media NGOs required (RSF, Fondation Hirondelle, CFI, DWA, etc.);
– Fluency in French or English and local languages;
– Thematic expertise: media coverage of environmental issues .
Occasional field mission in the country.
Remuneration based on experience.
