Information Systems Service Zoom
The Information Systems Service consists of 3 people. The mission of its members is to support headquarters and field teams in the use and development of IT tools.
And the IT Support Technician in all of this?
As a IT Technician, you will be in charge of assisting users, ensuring continuity of services for the headquarters and supporting the maintenance of the IT fleet, in the Information Systems service.
To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows :
User assistance: You will assist users on issues in hardware, equipment and software.
Headquarters infrastructure: You will participate in maintaining and managing the headquarters infrastructure.
Continuity of services: You will ensure daily monitoring and vigilance aimed at the proper functioning of IT services.
The challenges that lie ahead:
– Daily monitoring and vigilance aimed at proper functioning, continuity of services for the headquarters; – Management, monitoring of the park and the IT infrastructure of the headquarters ; – Technical assistance to headquarters users with regard to commonly used hardware, equipment and software ;
What you need to succeed
Training
You can justify a Master or baccalaureate training + 5 in computer science, systems administration and networks.
Experience
You have experience in a similar position at the headquarters of an NGO or you have professional experience of at least 3 years. Have you ever worked with First International Emergency? It will be an undeniable asset!
Skills
You master the Windows and Windows server 2012 environments. You have computer skills in: Administration: Win 10, SharePoint, Hyper, Microsoft Azure, Unbuntu, Office 365, Fortinet, VMware. Scripts: PowerShell, CLI. Web: PHP . Office Tools: Suite Office 2010, 2013,2016, AIK, Clonezilla, Syncovery. Messaging: Office 365 and OVH mutual accommodation. Networks: LAN, Wifi. Database: MySQL, SQL server. Do you know the Virtual, Unix and Linux environments ? It’s a plus !
Qualities required
You show good relationships, ease of communication, both in writing and in oral, and you have a taste for teamwork. You show reliability and sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have an appetite for user support. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.
Languages

PUI will offer you
Status: Employee ( e )
Salary: 2,700.00 EUR gross monthly over 12 months, depending on experience
Medical cover: 80% of the Health and Welfare mutual
Support: Support for 50% of the transport ticket and up to 60% of the Tickets Restaurant ( with a face value of 9 € )
Rest: 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month ( 37h / week )
