Within the Logistics and IT procurement department, the IT department is composed of 10 people (1 service manager, 3’unit managers, 1 intranet administrator, etc, computer project managers and computer technicians). The IT department provides the’administration of the’information system, the security of computer systems, the follow-up of computer projects as well as support to all users of the’association.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the information systems security officer, your mission is to assist him in the implementation of information systems security tools.
Your main tasks are as follows :
Administration of security platforms
- Install and administer existing and future security solutions (Siem, etc.)
- Configuring the safety equipment
- Manage alerts from different security platforms
- Update the dashboards
Communication and training on safety standards
- Participate in the definition of training to be carried out, supervise the drafting of training materials and ensure their dissemination
- Participate in the implementation of communication actions with stakeholders in case of major risk or damage to information systems caused by an attack or material damage
- Participate in the implementation of’a plan for the sensitization of users to cybersecurity
Azure/Office 365 Platform Administration
- Helping to secure the existing’environment
- Participate in Share Point and One Drive rights management
- Set up an encryption solution on Share Point and One Drive folders
- Implement procedures for the use of data loss protection (DLP) and compliance with the general data protection regulation (GDPR)
Technology and regulatory oversight in cybersecurity
- Ensure a technological watch, so as to guarantee the logical and physical security of the’information system
- Identify new risks to information system security

Monthly gross salary of 3,119 euros
Status of the position : supervisor
Equivalent 13th month paid in 2 times – from 6 months of’seniority of actual work
Mutual (60% participation of MdM and 40% of the employee)
22.5 RTT /year

SEARCH PROFILE
Advanced training in computer science, ideally specialization in computer and/or telecom security, computer systems and network security, security and coding of’information…
Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
Sense of pedagogy
Diplomacy, listening skills, a sense of dialogue, persuasion
Ability to work in times of crisis, sense of priorities
Participation/contribution to a team
Proposal force
Mastery of cybersecurity tools (SIEM, Anti Virus,..).
Mastery of the’ cybersecurity administration of the Microsoft 365 platform (Azure Active Directory, security portal, compliance portal …)
Mastery of computer security standards and of the’ topicality of global risks in computer security
Languages: english and french fluent
