Background: At the end of the reform of the United Nations system for development, the Office of the Rà © resident Coordinator fulfills 5 essential functions, the monitoring function of which is © evaluation in support of € ™ country team and the Rà © resident coordinator to support States in the rà © achievement of the Objectives of Dà © Sustainable Development. To do this, the Office of the Rà © resident Coordinator, through the monitoring-to © evaluation function, i ) coordinates monitoring and the € ™ establishment of reports on the results of the © © € team country on the Cooperation Frameworks ™ ration ; ii ) provides functional support to the € ™ development and implementation of the research and data management strategies © es in particular for the “ © joint analysis and programming ;iii ) supports the development and development of © € expansion of strategic research ™ gique of data partnerships © es ; iv ) contributes to knowledge management and development of capacities in data management and reports. The National Consultant Monitoring and Evaluation will support the Office on these missions and will work in close collaboration with the results groups, the Technical Group Monitoring and © Evaluation © GTSE ©, focal points monitoring-to © evaluation at the level of the United Nations entities and the national structures in charge of the production and management of statistical data. Duties and Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Head of the RCO, the consultant will be responsible for ©; – Support the € ™ © preparation of the IMS 2023 Report ;- Support the results and GTSE groups in the prà © paration of the Effects Reports and the 2023 Annual Report of the Cooperation Framework ; – Support the results groups in the preparation of the Annual Work Plans © PTAs © spouses 2024 ; – Coordinate and support the results groups and the focal points for the © € insertion of PTAs and reports in UNINFO ; – Support the process of finalization and validation of the report of the € ™ à © final evaluation of the Cooperation Framework © ration 2020-2024 ; – Support the € ™ common country balance sheet exercise and the pre-TAG1> publication of the 2025-2029 Cooperation Framework document, in particular the € ™ à © development of the results matrix and the results indicators ; – Coordinate the preparation and reports of the GTSE meetings and the results of the results ;- Support the € ™ review exercise of the Criticality Assessment Program and ensure the secret © partnership of the Custodian group
Qualifications / special skillsAt least one license level and an experience of at least 2 years is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of € ™ experience in monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects is required ;
- A knowledge of the political context, economic and social of Mali is an additional asset ©;
- Having strong analytical skills, including quantitative data, and excellent reporting and reporting and reporting skills is an additional asset; TAG1>;
