Focus on the Human Resources Management Service

The Human Resources Management Department is made up of 8 people. The mission of its members is to guarantee administrative and payroll compliance for headquarters and expatriate staff, to provide operational support for administrative management and field travel and to define and implement policies, procedures and tools necessary to quality human resources management for headquarters and the field.

And the Human Resources Management Officer in all this?

As a Human Resources Management Manager, under the supervision of the HR Management Manager, in collaboration with another HR Management Manager, and in coordination with the HR teams and certain geographic centers, you will be in responsible for administrative management of expatriate staff and payroll.

To this end, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Administrative management of expatriate staff: You will supervise the administrative integration of expatriates and lead the information modules on expatriation conditions. You will be in charge of monitoring current contracts, sick leave, assistance files, managing end of contracts, and will be the focal point for Human Resources Managers for the supervision of departures and returns.

Management of an HR Assistant: You will supervise and coordinate all activities carried out by the HR Assistant, and conduct professional appraisal interviews.

Remuneration of expatriate staff: You will be responsible for preparing pay slips for expatriate staff, managing contributions and social declarations, as well as managing expense reports and various invoices.

Cash management: You will manage monthly supply requests from the Accounting department, you will ensure the monitoring of disbursements as well as the maintenance of dematerialized records, and will be responsible for a common cash register with the second Cash Management Manager. HR.

Participation in the life of the HR department: You will actively participate in service and department meetings, as well as in the capitalization of expatriate administrative management procedures.

The challenges that await you:

What you will need to succeed

Formation

You can demonstrate initial training (Bac+2) in Human Resources, and ideally in international mobility management.

Experience

You have prior experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international NGO. Have you already worked with Première Urgence Internationale? This will be an undeniable asset!

SKILLS

Do you know the basics of French labor law? Do you have knowledge of the specificities of expatriate management? This position is made for you! Proficiency in Sage payroll software will be highly appreciated.

Required qualities

You demonstrate good interpersonal skills, ease of communication, both written and oral, and have a taste for teamwork. You are proactive, demonstrate reliability and a sense of responsibility, rigor and organization, responsiveness and adaptability. You have excellent resistance to stress and an ability to work under pressure.

PUI will offer you

Status frame

Salary: 3000 EUR gross monthly over 12 months

Medical coverage: 80% of health and welfare mutual insurance

Coverage: Coverage of 50% of the transport ticket and 60% of Restaurant Tickets (with a face value of €9)

Rest : 5 weeks of paid leave per year + 1 RTT per month (37 hours/week)
